Kapustyan Evgeniy Gennadievich, born July 17, 1997, citizen of Ukraine, native of the village of Lankavoye, Chernihiv district, Zaporizhia region of Ukraine. On December 11, 2024, he was sentenced under Part 2 of Art. 205.4 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation ("Participation in a terrorist community") and Art. 205.3 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation ("Training in terrorist activity"). The start date of imprisonment and the term of the sentence are unknown.
